Bandera delivers line for heavy duty sacks in Vietnam

Having already supplied two flat-die extrusion lines to a Vietnamese customer, Italian extrusion machinery maker Bandera says it has now scored another order for a blown film line for heavy duty sacks (FFS) manufacture for another Vietnamese customer, which it did not name.

The previous order was for a thermoforming plant for PET and an extrusion machinery for PP PS, with low thickness and limited shrinkage. They were both designed for the production of food packaging.

Bandera says these first two lines represented a milestone for it, “laying the foundations for solid partnerships and more projects to be developed in the near future.”

Now, Bandera says it will deliver to a new Vietnamese customer a three-layer HDBFLEX line. It is fully accessorised and includes an in line four-colour flexographic printing system and is designed to produce heavy duty bags (FFS technology) with a high output.

Bandera claims it is considered to be a leader in the heavy duty bag sector, as acknowledged by “a few important, Asian petrochemical companies”.
